Part 1: Posture & Core Warm-up (1 Hour)

  • Improve posture with ballet principles

  • Stretching and flexibility exercises

  • Core integration into warm-up

Part 2: Expression & Improvisation (45–60 Minutes)

  • Basic improvisation activities

  • Explore expression through music and movement

Part 3: Teamwork & Group Performance (45–60 Minutes)

  • Partner work and physical expression

  • Build teamwork through collaborative movement

  • Create a short group performance

Build Relationship Workshop

Connect Through Movement: Synchronize, Support, and Build Trust

In this workshop, participants will move together with purpose, learning to align intentions and actions seamlessly. Partnered exercises focus on synchronization, where teamwork comes to life through coordinated movement and mutual awareness.

Through simple lifts, supported turns, and balance poses, participants explore the importance of trust—giving and receiving support confidently, without fear or hesitation. These exercises highlight how reliance on one another can strengthen both personal confidence and team dynamics.

At the same time, gentle partnering work encourages support and connection, allowing colleagues to engage physically while respecting boundaries. By experiencing collaboration through movement, participants cultivate empathy, cooperation, and a deeper sense of unity.
