Introduction to Class Ballet

Beginner Ballet

The Beginner and Pointe is tailored for individuals who are just starting their ballet
journey, those who wish to reinforce their foundational skills, and dancers who are ready to explore the basics of pointe work. This class focuses on building strength, improving
technique, and developing the proper form necessary for pointe shoes, offering a
supportive environment for all participants to grow and progress at their own pace.

Beginner and Intermediate Ballet

The Beginner and Intermediate class builds on the movements learned in the Beginner class, adding a more lyrical quality and focusing on the use of correct muscles. This class breaks down more complex movements, emphasizing balance and technique, to help students develop their skills with greater precision and control.

Intermediate Ballet

The Intermediate class intensifies the skills previously learned by increasing the pace of the music and adding more steps to the combinations. This class is designed to build greater strength and endurance, focusing on developing the muscles essential for ballet while enhancing coordination and technical proficiency.

Advance Ballet

The Advanced class builds on the exercises from the Intermediate level, incorporating more lyrical and complex movements, as well as faster tempos. This class focuses on refining technique and mastering intricate combinations, providing a challenging environment for dancers to enhance their skills and artistry.

Warm up and Vatiation

The Warm-Up and Variation class begins with a 30-minute warm-up session, focusing on exercises that build the technique needed for variations. Following the warm-up, there is a one-hour session dedicated to practicing a specific variation. Each variation is practiced over a two-month period: the first month is spent learning the choreography, and in the second month, dancers have the option to record their performance at the end of the period.
