Beginner Ballet
The Beginner and Pointe is tailored for individuals who are just starting their ballet

technique, and developing the proper form necessary for pointe shoes, offering a

This class focuses on stretching for the first 40 minutes, followed by 35 minutes of learning basic ballet movements.

This class is focused specifically on male dancers, with an emphasis on big jumps and male variations.

Contemporary Dance

Pas de duex Ballet
This class is designed for those who want to learn Pas de Deux.
It focuses on building strength for both females and males, teaching proper technique for holding and lifting. By the end of the class, both males and females will know how to lift themselves with ease, making it easier to progress to the next step in dance.
Warm up and Vatiation
The Warm-Up and Variation class begins with a 30-minute warm-up session, focusing on exercises that build the technique needed for variations. Following the warm-up, there is a one-hour session dedicated to practicing a specific variation. Each variation is practiced over a two-month period: the first month is spent learning the choreography, and in the second month, dancers have the option to record their performance at the end of the period.
