Pas de duex Ballet

This class is designed for those who want to learn Pas de Deux.

It focuses on building strength for both females and males, teaching proper technique for holding and lifting. By the end of the class, both males and females will know how to lift themselves with ease, making it easier to progress to the next step in dance.

Warm up and Vatiation

The Warm-Up and Variation class begins with a 30-minute warm-up session, focusing on exercises that build the technique needed for variations. Following the warm-up, there is a one-hour session dedicated to practicing a specific variation. Each variation is practiced over a two-month period: the first month is spent learning the choreography, and in the second month, dancers have the option to record their performance at the end of the period.
